Notice on Invitation of ChinaSourcing Summit 2013
To Honorable Outsourcing Companies (SPs):
ChinaSourcing Summit 2013 (hereinafter referred to as “The Summit”), an event co-sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of People’s Republic of China and People’s Government of Zhejiang Province, undertaken by China Council for International Investment Promotion(CCIIP), the Municipal Government of Hangzhou and the Department of Commerce of Zhejiang province will be held on 3 to 5 July in Hangzhou.
With the theme of “ChinaSouricng: Innovation, Application and Integration”, the Summit 2013 will continue to go more industrialized by adding such activities as sessions on hot industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare Services, CRO, Telecommunication Services, Cloud Application, Talent Training and Japanese Market Oriented Outsourcing. Also, appointing buyers, analyst lectures and one–on-one meetings will be held based on the previous four years’ experience. A series of business activities are arranged respectively to provide more business negotiation opportunities for domestic vendors. On the occasion, competitive buyers from Europe, America, Japan, Southeast Asia and other countries and regions, as well as the senior executives in charge of IT business from large domestic enterprise, will be invited to attend the event, seeking for cooperation with delegates from competitive domestic vendors, demonstration cities and industrial parks.
Now we sincerely invite your company’s persons in charge (vice President and above who are in charge of related business) to attend the Summit and the specific matters are as follows:
I. Time for Registration

III. Charge for participation
a) Charge for Registration
(1) Level A (Ticket for the Summit): 5,000RMB/per person（770USD）
Service：
- Participate in the Opening Ceremony & the Summit Forum;
- Participate in sessions on hot industries；
- Participate in the analyst lectures (Workshop)；
- Apply to participate in business meetings and consulting；
- Enjoy welcome dinner, business lunch, and coffee breaks；
- Enterprise Catalog will be published in both the journal of CCIIP and website.
(2)Level B (Ticket for Opening Ceremony &Forum Summit and Analyst Seminar): 1,000RMB/per person（154USD）
Service：
- Participate in the Opening Ceremony & the Summit Forum;
- Participate in the analyst lectures.
b) Charge for exhibition booths and boards
Due to the limited area, the number of booths (3 m * 2 m) is subject to availability. To satisfy the promotion need of companies, we also prepare exhibition board for display.
(1) Charge for the booths： 10,000RMB/per（1,540USD）
? The number of booths is limited and we will confirm according to the order of application;
(2) Charge for the boards： 5,000RMB/per（770USD）
IV. Registration of the Summit
Companies (SPs) willing to attend the Summit please finish on-line registration and go through payment procedures before June 14th (Friday)

Meanwhile companies that choose Registration Charge of Level A please submit the brief electronic introduction of companies within 200 words in both Chinese and English edition, and logo of company (vector diagram)
V. One-on-one consultancy meeting
To solve the problems on specific business and long-term development strategy of companies, the Summit 2013 especially arrange 8~12 sessions of one-on-one consultancy meetings (30 min per session) by Gartner’s analysts from July 3rd to 5th. If companies that choose Registration Charge of Level A intend to reserve consultancy meeting, please submit the Consultancy Application (Appendix 2) before June14 (Friday). The final list will be verified and confirmed by analysts from Garner. The information of analysts is as below:
