In July 2006, the 3rd International Investment Promotion Forum was held in Chengdu

In July 2006, under the theme “Developing Outsourcing Services, Promoting Information Industries”, the 3rd International Investment Promotion Forum was held in Chengdu. In the forum, the Ministry of Commerce announced their determination of developing Outsourcing Industries in China.
