Oct. 2013, vice president of CCIIP Madame Zhou Ming led a delegation to visit America, Colombia, during which signed the Cooperation Memorandum of Understanding with Chairman Mr. Ricardo Duarte of Colombia-China Investment Commerce and Industry Chamber.
