China-Brazil Business Council -Annual Meeting 2013 was Held at Grand Millennium Hotel in Beijing

         On Nov 8th, 2013, China-Brazil Business Council -Annual Meeting 2013 was held at Grand Millennium Hotel, Beijing. With the theme “Deepening the win-win Cooperation between enterprises from China and Brazil”, the meeting was aimed to enhance mutual investment and cooperation, explore trade opportunities and promote communication and cooperation between enterprises from both sides. Mr. Liu Mingzhong, President of CBBC Chinese Section and Ambassador Sergio Amaral, President of CBBC Brazilian Section co-hosted the meeting. Brazilian Vice President Mr. Michel Temer attended the Opening Ceremony and delivered a keynote speech. Mr. Ricardo Schaefer, Vice-Minister of Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade, Mr. Valdemar Carneiro Leão, Ambassador of Brazil in China, Mr. Miao Gengshu, President of CCIIP, Madame Xu Yingzhen, Commercial Counselor of Department of American and Oceanian Affairs of MOFCOM, and about 200 representatives from member and non-member companies such as Xinxing Cathay, SINOSURE and Banco do Brasil attended the conference.
